Has covid caused your sales to decline as of late? It seems so for me, as I haven't been able to sell anything. No one seems to be interested in buying homes right now. I suppose that makes sense though. Money is tight for everyone lately.

This is just a rant topic for me. I just want this covid stuff to go away so I can start selling homes again.

When selling a house, problems happen and sometimes people back out of a purchase. With that being said, how many sales did you lose? I've only lost a few here and there, but that's to be expected.

What about you?

What would you say is the weirdest property you ever bought? I don't have anything weird myself, but I'm sure you guys have some good stories to share. I'd love to hear about the weird properties you bought and sold over the years.

Have you ever sold a house that bar previous tenant property? I have only once and it was because the previous tenant never got their items. I gave them multiple changes to get their stuff. I couldn't wait much longer and couldn't remove the items in time. I told the new buyer I would remove the items before he moved in, but he said it's no bother and he'll go through all the stuff himself. I think he just wanted to get the house and the stuff. So it worked out for me.

When it comes to houses, I prefer them to have a basement and or attic. If they have both, awesome, but if they only have one, I think a basement would be more ideal. What do you guys think? Do you prefer a basement or an attic? Or both?

There's just so much more you can do with a basement, as attics aren't always accessible or useable.
