Biggest home you ever sold?

I have only sold 2 and both were about 1,500 square feet so average size family homes. They both had 3 bedrooms as well. I updated the one to have a finished basement with a bathroom and 4th bedroom space as well.

I mostly deal with 2 to 4 bedroom homes. I can't say the exact square footage of the largest but the one I sold about a year or so ago had over 8 acres of land. It was a farm home and the land was beautiful.

A couple purchased a lovely condo that was HUGE. I can't remember the exact square footage but I could easily fit two of my 3 bedroom homes inside of it.

About 2,500. It was a big project and took the longest of any renovation but it was well worth it.

The property sold for about 40% more than what was paid which is great. The end result was really nice and I'm very proud of it.

I don't know the exact number, I have sold a lot of homes over the years. I would have to check my files to get the exact number but I only ever sold one home that had 5 bedrooms and 4 baths so I am assuming it was that one.
