Free site wide inspections
One thing I had I kind as a service towards my realtor work, is to offer site wide inspections. This would include the home and the land as well, just to make sure everything is good to go. We could do this before selling of course.

Are you talking about a website or inspections of the actual property? I think you mean sight-wide inspections in that case. I was a little confused when reading this.
Inspections are important for sure and whether you offer them or not, it is a good idea to make sure all your home buyers get them done.
