In Arizona, real estate taxes are due on October 1st of each year. However, taxpayers have the option to pay them in two equal installments, with the first installment due on October 1st and the second installment due on March 1st of the following year.

Additionally, taxpayers have a grace period of 45 days after the due date to pay their real estate taxes without incurring any penalties or interest. If the taxes are not paid within the grace period, a penalty of 16% is imposed on the unpaid amount.
