Making use of Facebook?

I want to know the best way to set up a Facebook page for my realtor practice. As of now, it is just me and my brother in-law. We want to branch out and expand this year and it was recommended that we should start a social media presence. I am just not sure how to set up a Facebook page for something like this. Anyone have any tips on how to do this right?

It's best to just jump right into it. Facebook's system is fairly simple to make a page or group or a sellers page. I've done it and it was relatively fast and an overall easy process.

But yeah, please do utilize Facebook and other social media sites. It's highly recommended. :)

Every realtor I know uses Facebook. It's kind of recommended that you do. Facebook gets a lot daily, so you're bound to get eyes on anything you share. It could help get a sale faster too.

I think you can even add your house listing right on Facebook.

I was curious of the process as well. I actually watched a video, believe it or not, on how to set up an account. My age is showing for sure.

While on the subject of Facebook, is it worth also setting up an Instagram account? I know that is a social network owned by Facebook.

Using Instagram to showcase homes you are trying to tell can work. Just make sure you list the areas so if anyone decides to reach out, they know where the house is located.

I use Facebook, Instagram, and even Twitter now. None of these are for personal use but rather selling homes. I think that if you are not using any of these platforms, especially Facebook, you are missing out. Especially now with the lockdown.
