Do you guys do private viewings/walkthroughs? I do it for most people these days. I like open houses too, but private viewings let me show more to the buyer and to also not get overwhelmed with other people asking questions.

Do you guys prefer to do it this way?

I always offer these. I prefer to do this actually when possible. I don't think that open houses allow people to really invest themselves into a home or see themselves living in it because too many people are around.

I prefer private over open house sales. I have done both and you can get to know more about the person or couple buying a home when it is one-on-one.

Spotting a crack in the wall is, unsurprisingly, not good. “A crack in a brick wall means there’s movement,” which is the sign of serious structural problems, says David Briggs, founder of the New York firm Loci Architecture. Small drywall cracks are probably nothing to worry about, but larger cracks or ones with discoloration may indicate structural issues or leaks.

In the meantime, Display Home Videos and 3D virtual Walkthroughs are a great opportunity to gain an understanding of each homes’ individual layout, the stunning architectural design features used and also all the design specifications that are included as standard homes.

Real estate can utilise this service to show off outdoor vantage location points and then have a measure of latitude and longitude to showcase a much larger area than a normal photo can take. Photos and videos can be captured in different lighting and be a great way to provide users a bird’s eye view of your property. Use these images and videos on your website, TV screens, TV commercials or any locations where you would like to showcase your house or property.

One of the most important marketing tools that a seller has at his or her disposal is a property inspection. These can make or break a buyer’s decision, and are a vital part of the sales process. It can seem like a daunting task to basically invite strangers to come take a wander through your home. To get a better idea of the space and finer details of a property, buyers may open up cupboards, drawers, and other intimate areas of your daily life. This can be intimidating to sellers, to say the least.

It’s important to remember that there are two types of property inspections. You can arrange to have open inspections or offer private tours of your property when selling your home. Both of these offer numerous benefits but may have different consequences depending on how the inspection process is managed
