I actually just finished up doing this for one of my homes I am putting on the market. I walk through the door and scope out the entire first floor and then go up and down from there. I add in some free music and cut the sound. I put it on my YouTube channel and link to it on all my sites.

I noticed this becoming a trend lately. I frequent sites that show home listings for sale and a lot of them are showing virtual tours now. I think it is a fantastic idea and something that people can really make use of right now.

I have noticed a few companies in my area offering streamed viewings where they actually walk through a home on Skype or a similar software. Very creative idea!

With the out broken of the Corona Virus, many business had realised the benefit of technology in growing business. It's a digital era, I see no reason why your business can provide a service or product virtually, and Real Estate isn't an exception. Seriously, it's time to GO DIGITAL.
